computers and accessories. Computer repair and
networking are our specialties. We will do all

We service computer systems from all manufacturers.
Our service is what has kept us in business
since 2001. Clients in NW Ohio/SE Michigan have
learned to depend on our prompt and professional
service. Our labor rate is $39.99/Hr. in-store
and $59.99/Hr. on-site. Here are a few reasons
you should have us service your computer:
1. We don’t keep you waiting. Most repairs are
performed within 1-2 business days. We realize
that for some, when your PC is down, you’re
down!
2. No diagnostic charges. There are not any
charges for us just to diagnose a problem. If
you are having trouble with your PC, bring it
in for us to check. We will tell you what parts
are needed, if any, and how much the labor will
cost you before we perform the repair.
3. Keep in mind we strive to be the best. Even
if you have taken your PC to other shops and they
could not help you, prepare to be amazed.
COMPUTER
PARTS AND SYSTEMS:
All in-stock systems and parts can be returned
within 7 days for a full refund. Our inventory
is always being updated. We may not always stock
large quantities of computer parts, but the
advantage to you is:
1. We can always offer current pricing. If manufacturer
prices drop, our prices drop. We do not have
to wait to clear out our existing inventory
before we can reduce prices.
2. Because we also distribute parts to other
resellers, we can offer better pricing and longer
warranty periods than most retailers.

There are fundamental differences between computer

1. Commercial grade parts are used. Higher quality
motherboards, memory modules, and hard drives

mostly sell “residential” grade PCs which are
lower performing and high maintenance PCs.
2. We provide local service and support. Remember
calling a business and talking to a live human
one-on-one? Well, that’s still how we do business.
Have a problem with your system or a part? You
can call us to remedy the problem, not someone
on the West Coast who promises to fix it in
2 weeks.
3. We build PCs from scratch. We can explain
to you what all the technical jargon stands
for. We build the system according to your needs.
Don’t know what you need? Let us ask you a few

4. Our systems come standard with a 3 year warranty.
5. Have some parts already? No need to buy them
again. We can build systems around some of your
existing parts. Have a modem, CD-ROM drive,
or hard drive, we can build them into your new
PC with no extra cost and save you money!
6. If you have data on your old system, we can
move the data from it to your new system.
